Thanks.  I have set the Throttle Position Switch to the specs described in the Bently.

  I didn't see a response to this yet, so I thought I'd pop out of lurk mode long enough to answer. The "throttle position switch" in our cars is really just a set of on/off switches that momentarily richen the mixture while pumping the throttle.
