The spark "color" is almost totally irrelevant. The fact that the rpm 
doesn't change speaks volumes. That cylinder isn't firing. The cause 
may or may not be an ignition problem. If it's a spark problem, it's 
not in the coil or the distriutor. It's in the wiring or the plug, or 
it's due to compression, valve adjustment, or fuel delivery.
