We left off with plan to check all my Voltage Regulators for voltage,
across the battery. None of them reached the 14.00 volt range. Highest reading
was 11.53 volts. That one remains in the car.

This is too low of voltage for the FI system. Like I mentioned in 1 of my
previous posts, I was reading less than 13.6 volts, and had a stumble. After
replacing it with a new Voltage Regular, it fixed the issue.

Your 11.53 reading is also too low for a carbed car, as they need at least
12 volts to keep the battery charged. I think if it drops a little more
than that, it'll turn the light on. Put the voltmeter on the battery with the
engine off, and see what it reads. Let us know.
