[T3] Fresh air vent/fan

I have the unit together and back in. While out I took the opportunity  
to replace the washer hose to the squirter. So far no air leaks, and  
no squeals. Re routing the hose and the gasket/seal alignment were a  
challenge, it is back now. I am also routing an earth strap back to  
the connection for the negative terminal to ensure there is minimal  
resistance from the fuse box/switching area to the battery. May be  
unnecessary, but the charging/electrical system, in my opinion, could  
use the back-up.
