[T3] Seat Belt Parts

Jim,
So what I am getting is that if I keep the 3 point retractable
seat belts I have I need to replace the individual center anchors? My
current anchors work its just that the passenger one the plastic part
around it is broken and is sticking out in a way that it catches the
back seat cover and is tearing it up. If I could get just the plastic
cover that would work also. Other wise I may just see if I can find new
ones and replace them both completely as they are starting to show their
age and these are safety items.

That front seat double center anchor was used from 68 thru mid-72. It
was replaced in mid-72 by the later version that went with the
retractable front seat belts. Each belt style will only work with the
correct anchor.

The wires on the later version have often been cut off, but they can
be replaced if you really want to enable the seat belt alarm. If you
want to do that, you'll probably also have to repair the weight
sensor in the front passenger seat.

I may have some of the later style, but I'm not sure if they have
complete wires on them.
