[T3] Correct wheels for a 65

One thing Ive learned is never buy someone elses work... in other words,
there is a REASON they are selling them... eather they didn't get the rust
off sandblasting and its coming thru again or they got them done THEN
discovered they were bent.

Im looking for 3 smoothies for the Crate, need to find all 3 from the same
source to keep shipping justifiable and need to get them from someone who
has spun them up and made sure they are not bent.

So far... no luck.

Those are 61 to very early 1964.

They look used to me and are not even painted right for "restored" wheels.
