[T3] Correct wheels for a 65

Finally!

This is what I wanted to hear, err, read, specifics.  What and when.  I
always thought "slots" came with "modern" models, like '66 T1s.  Live and
learn.  This is why I just love this group.

Type 3 slotted wheels are 61 - early 64, similar to 55-64 Bus wheels but 
without riveted-on hubcap clips.
64-65 Type 3 wheels are smooth, similar to early Beetle wheels, again 
without hub cap clips.

66-up Type 3 are 4-lug.
