[T3] Question about wire #19 of FI Harness

I'm replacing my FI harness.  Where/what does wire #19 in the harness connect to 
in the car?  I think it connects to a wire that goes to the fuel pump relay and 
that connection is somewhere in the area back of the air distributor but I 
cannot see any wire there.
