[T3] keys - somewhat offtopic

Does anyone have an updated website for the fellow that used to run this
site: https://www.mark1vws.com/id3.html  ?

It doesn't seem to be valid anymore.  I know that there's a fellow named
Gabriel that many of you have recommended for keys, however, this time I
need keys for my *96 Jetta* and I know the
https://www.mark1vws.com/id3.html site
used to have that service as well.

Any help greatly appreciated...
