[T3] tranny oil and shifting

The other way for the oil to get out is through the input shaft seal.  You
would see this spread over the case I'd have thought.  I've lost track of
the model you have, but if it's a swing axle it can also get out through the
axle boots.

I don't think I fully answered the last question.  I just decided to check
the tranny oil level on a whim.  Just covering all my bases with regards to
the strange shifting issue.  Needless to say I was glad I did.....
