[T3] Correct wheels for a 65

I knew it was going to be me.  Is this correct?:

I almost fell for it but shipping is always a killer and decided to wait a
while and then this subject popped-up.  Thought about giving my two bits
about it back then ('cause I had seen this ad some time ago) but decided to
wait and see if one of ya'all knew about this ad, which has been on The
Samba (on and off) for some time now.  
You guys get the cold, I get the rain...

They were going to use a rear drum (it was an IRS bus) but it had issues
with its half axles, so I had them use a front.
