[T3] Car fires and starters.

Fires:     Long ago, my father always carried Baking Soda in the car precisely to put out any car fires.  He never needed it for himself but rode to the rescue of, I think, two others on his way to and from work.     I haven't tried it to test.

   Water may not be the best thing for a gas fire. The flaming gas will float.

Starters:
      Often when starter is found to be stuck, one may be nicely parked between two other cars.  If you're on a slope or even flat ground...sure, bump start.  Otherwise, hope you're not parked over a big puddle, and that you have a ground cloth or work shirt, and do the tap tap.

   PS:  That ground cloth, if not too oil-soaked, would smother the fires that break out after you get the car going.
