[T3] filler door indent

I checked the microfilm, and the cable release started with the first 
chassis in '69. There are also 2 different flaps: one for '68 and a 
second one for '69 and on. 

So I'm quite sure that all '68s had the finger notch and no cable 
release, while all '69s and later had the cable release and no finger 
notch.

So all cars from '68 on, had either the finger notch or the cable 
release, but not both and not neither. Clear?

So if you've got anything else, something's been fixed and probably 
forgotten.

Of course, up thru '67 the filler was inside the trunk, so those cars 
had none of the features above.
