[T3] Hesitation

Just went in for a valve adjustment and a fuel leak
now hesitating like mad.  Already taken it back once, and the timing
was re-adjusted.  Any ideas?
Fuel filter?
Running rough--like not getting enough gas.
Fine when I took it in?!
