Yup installed your kit.
The old one was submerged in the sludge that was in the tank. 
The tank was half full of that sludge.
Everything is clean now and working well. 
I do have the issues of the gas gauge jumping around thought mostly in
cold weather.
O and it also jumps if you turn the flashers on but I have not had time
to look into that issue yet.

Hmmm, made in Chek Republic, interesting.

If your old one was rusted out, that means that your overflow hose 
was cracked, letting water into your gas tank. Have you fixed that?
