[T3] rocker trim (?)

Ok...
so under this piece of trim, the body is solid....yes?  The clips don't fit
into holes in the rocker panel do they?  I am just trying to make sure that
there's no way for water to get into the rocker panel by sneaking under this
trim piece without removing it to verify for myself.
