Are you sure you actually installed the latest 3-point seats? To do 
that, you would have had to tear out the seat rails welded to the pan 
and weld in the 3-point supports from the late pan. Seats from 68-
72.5 would have had high backs, but would mount on your original seat 
rails without modification.  

Any of the 3 point seat belts would mount in your '67 without any 
special effort.
