Yes, but that's the lovely thing with FI... you can make it as lean or rich
as you want, so I set it up to the AFR that I wanted and where it ran right.
I did try slightly higher and lower AFR's on highway trips and the gas
mileage only changed by 1mpg at most.

AFR is AFR no matter how you get there, FI or Carbs, correct?
