[T3] "cig lighter hole"

Actually, that blocked-off hole was originally for an auxiliary heater
switch (26 in the photo linked below).  Note it is undersized for the cig
lighter.  I enlarged the hole and put in a dealer "Autobahn" unit many years
ago, and that was the most common location for its installation.
