[T3] steering damper

Probably. They need fluid inside to work. Is there any juddering over
bumps yet? That's often the first sign of a failed steering damper, (though
sometimes it may just be the rubber bush that needs replacing).

Subject: [T3] steering damper

Hi all -

when under the car working on my MC issue, I noticed when I pulled the MC
protective plate off that there was fluid collecting on the topside. It
didn't come from the MC but I saw that above it, the steering damper seemed
to be leaking. It wasn't a substantial amount of fluid....but it wasn't dry
either.

Is this a sign that it's time to replace the damper?
