[T3] Dash Light Bulb

How does the light bulb in the instrument cluster come out?
Pull, twist & pull, utter some secret code?

These are for the parking Warning & High Beams in my '67.

When fiddling around with them occasionally one of them lights up indicating a need to remove the bulb, clean up, and replace, but I can't seem to remove them to test the bulb & clean.
