[T3] T-3 Wide 5 discs

Keith don't look. For everyone else, here's some pics of my wide 5 disc  
conversion of my T-34.

I finally received my 4 lug disc spindles that I had to modify to accept  
the wide 5 conversion. To do this, you basically cut off the ears (caliper  
mount) of the spindles, and with the locating spacer I used, locate your 
holes,  and drill and tap them. Once that's done, the spindles are basically 
ready to  mount on the car. In my case I had to re-use the original steering 
arm, as the  "new" spindles came with a larger hole in them for a later car, 
but everything  else "bolted" up. I've still got to plumb them, but the 
mechanical part is done.  Yes, this is a "bolt in conversion". Also, while I was 
in there,  I dropped it a spline. ;^) Russ and I had a conversation back 
over a year ago,  and even he thought the nose sat up too much. :O So I felt it 
could come  down without a problem. : )
It looks like I've got enough room to go with wide 5, 5 spoke rims up front 
 now. And since the rears (currently on the car) are 6 inch bug offset 
Thing  rims, I can even use them on the rear. Hmm.
