Yes, that's right, the T-34 lives. : ) Got it fired up earlier today, for
the first time in the 15 months that I have owned it (or since 1968 for the
original owner). Even the carbs were close (a used set I had laying
around), as I didn't buy any kits (yet) to go thru the originals. The distributor
(a ZV/JCU 4 R 3) was giving me difficulties last night (no spark), and I
found it was the cause today. I just swapped in an SVDA that I have at the
ready (for road trips in the 65 Notch), and it lit right off. And to make
Russ happy up there, NO OIL leaks. : ) This thing runs really good too, and
the trans works both forward and reverse.

I still have a bunch of stuff to do (some minor wiring, and other stuff),
but at least the car will now move on it's own. : ) It stops great too,
between the wide 5 disc conversion, and Jim rebuilding a master cylinder for
him, and me replacing ALL of the steel lines and hoses. Jim supplied the
fronts, and they are perfectly sized, Thanks again Jim.

That's the first step. A couple more, and I'll be ready to take it to the
2012 T-3 Invasion. : )
