[T3] vw names

My brother (the first born) is named Michael Geoffrey.  

Can you guess what car our dad owned when my brother was born back in 1944?

A Type 3 owning club member, Roy Watts, married a lady called Velma.   It
took a few years for me to appreciate the significance of her initials.

There aren't too many first names starting with V.

My son , after finding out his first child will be a boy , was saying  he
was thinking of names so his initials would be vw . Any thoughts on the idea
. Don't know how the baby's mother will feel about it!!      Ted
