[T3] 40 HP Valve springs

I recently bought 4 NOS valve springs on ebay, with the assurance 
that they were 1500/1600 valve springs. Turns out that they are 
actually 40 HP (1200 cc) springs and the seller has refunded my sale 
price.

I'm about to toss these in the recycle bin, but I'll pass them on for 
the shipping if anyone wants them. They were used up thru '63 on Type 
3 engines and up thru '65 on Type 1 & 2. They are NOS, made by ATe. 
They have a blue paint mark on them which must mean something, but I 
don't find any mention of it in the manuals I have looked at.

Anyone want them?

Anyone know what the blue paint mark means?
