[T3] A new T-34 owner?

Made some good progress today....
1. Re-install LH headlight ring and seal
2. Get lights working (4 fuses missing, but when installed the lights are all screwed up...going to have to get out the wire diagram and figure out what is going on....I hate electrical issues.)
3. Re-install RH door seal DONE
4. Put proper 90 degree ends on plug wires DONE
5. Properly route plug wires. DONE
6. Adjust brakes
7. Replace timing hole plug DONE
8. Adjust RH door for better gaps and window sealing DONE
9. Install/tighten map pocket elastics
10. Fix LH window channel felt
11. Fix engine cover clamp DONE (replaced engine cover with good one)
12. Fix engine cover seal DONE
13. Relocate fuel filter from on top of engine DONE
14. Replace all soft fuel lines DONE
15. Mount fire extinguisher
16. Add tool kit and tire gauge and shop rags to frunk
17. Change oil
18. Fabricate and install rear window trim gap hider
19. Get some cylindrical pillows for rear seat
20. Replace 20+ year old battery DONE
21. Re-attach heater control cables under rear seat
22. Add bezels for interior door lock pulls
23. Switch to Type 3 nipple hubcaps DONE
24. Check/fill spare tire DONE
25. Check/top off brake fluid DONE
26. Lower nose of car one outer (actually did the inner spline) spline DONE
Sorry Keith. It had to be done. Big improvement.
27. Obtain/install hood seal protector for catch
28. Replace engine cover insulation DONE (replaced with good cover)
29. Clean and seal minor rust in spare tire well due to brake fluid
30. Adjust parcel tray for more foot clearance
31. Replace 009 distributor with Type 3 dizzy
32. Check/adjust valves
33. Swap to stock front shocks....Current ones are two stiff
Only added one thing today and knocked off a bunch.
As for the lights...still not sure what is going on. Installed all the proper fuses. Taillights work. Turn signals work. That is the good news.
Not sure about the brake lights. Need a spotter for those.
Headlights are on any time the battery is hooked up. Independent of what position the switch is in. Fog lights do not work at all. High beam switch does nothing. Looks like all the wires are hooked up properly...at least according to my wiring diagram.
Switch bad?
Short somewhere in the headlight circuit?
Other ideas?
