Pretty sure this is my problem.  :D   I had the headlight relay from my 71
also and swapped it in.  It did not have the additional connections for the
fog lamps so I just taped those wires over for now.    Head lights now work.
I think the hi/low beams aren't working because I did not clip the relay
back onto the body, so the body of the relay is not grounded.  I will do
this first thing in the morning, before heading to the Michigan Vintage
Festival.

I have a box of relays, if you have a diagram of what is in it I can
probably match something up.
