[T3] turn signal assembly broke. HELP!

Jim,

Yes, I pull it out and decide to monkey with it.  It's wasted.  Have you got
one?
As for the missing part I do not even what to look for.  I think I'm sunk.
The white plastic colar is cracked in two.
I just would not know how to put the pieces back together. I'm sure they are
not all there anymore.

The '71 TS switch is a one year only assy, and they are rare as hen's 
teeth. The only place you'll find one is on another '71. If all the 
metal parts and most of the plastic parts are there and intact, I can 
sometimes fix them using parts from my stash. It's expensive, 
however, as these are VERY hard to put back together.

I'm guessing you were taking it out for some reason and didn't 
realize what a mess you were getting yourself into. You really need 
to chase down that missing part.
