[T3] Leaking Oil!!

Got to the parking lot today, and there was a puddle under the car.
Oil!
Not super low, but down.
Any suggestions?  Car runs fine.  Oil light, (thermo was replaced recently)
isnt coming on.
Where should I begin...?
