[T3] Wiring?!

In the diagram, fuse #5 and #4 are bridged, with power coming into #4 from  
the ignition switch. Fuse #4 has the coil feed wire on it too.Fuse #5 on 
the  output side (top) is where it feeds power to the wiper switch.
