I probably told you that. It's not the skin oils or sweat, it's that 
the weight of your arm will bend and crack the rubber when it's old. 
Modern cars use a different design that simply lays down flat if you 
do this, but our scrapers will break rather than lay down flat. It's 
actually a design flaw.
