Brian -- she has "only" four bikes, since she races on loaner bikes at the track, and can make do without a track bike of her own. :P  (She races road, cyclocross, track, and MTB.)

Calendar reality check -- I'm scheduled to take her to race the US national road race championships in Georgia, June 20-24, right at the same time as the Invasion.

Jim, just a few days ago she committed to biology (likely marine/evolutionary) at UC Davis; tough choice, turning down Berkeley, UCLA, Santa Cruz, and CU Boulder.  Among (many) other reasons, Davis consistently has a top-placed road racing team...and the Regent scholarship doesn't hurt. :)

Sorry, a proud dad going off-topic. :)  VW-related, she has her permit, and I gotta fix a clutch issue in the '63 (August '62 build) Beetle so she can get her license by the end of the summer.  That car turns 50 years old this August -- how cool is that? :)
