[T3] Lifters that wont rotate

The Cam looks fine, no issues there... I have about 5000mi on the cam and
lifters now, just have no idea why it didn't rotate... Ive had them in a
different case the past 1000mi, same problem though. Jake seem to think the
cam wont hold up to a new lifter....

What does the cam look like? If the wear is even, I'd be tempted to
replace the lifters. If the lifters don't rotate, I'd expect them to
wear out VERY quickly.

If the cam looks bad (compare the two edges of the lobe that has one
rotating and one non-rotating lifter) it's time to replace both
lifters and cam.

If the lifter bores are offset, then the left side must be offset
forward and the right side to the rear. In that case, each side wears
against a different edge of the cam lobe. That's nice, because it
spreads out the cam lobe wear, and also means that an odd wear
pattern on one side is less likely to cause problems on the other
side.
