[T3] FI Problem--Thanks

I don't mean to string this out, but without your help I may never have determined the problem.  Isn't the Internet great! The Beetle isn't mine. It's a friends that has been in my shop for several months.  I am happy to see it leave and running in good order.  I have a '69 T3 that I need to restore.
