Good point. I forgot about the clock. I don't know how they would
respond to double voltage. My guess is that they would either seem to
work okay, or they would immediately blow their internal fuse. I
could probably come up with the 12 V clock parts to convert to 12 V,
or you could just install a complete 12 V clock. They are easy to
come by.
