The OE FI gaskets came with paper gaskets already glued to each side 
of the phenolic. The phenolic lasts forever, unless it cracks, but 
the paper needs to be replaced. Pasteboard works, but is thicker than 
the OE stuff. Heavy typing paper would be about right: Just glue it 
to the phenolic and then trim with a razor knife.
