[T3] Lifters that wont rotate

Well, that pretty much taps my knowledge. Perhaps just two bad lifters or
an improperly ground cam.

If the valve adjustment is too tight running super strong springs, it might
bind the lifter by bending the pushrod.

It is odd the exhaust valves are the ones not rotating, I usually see
damage and advanced wear to the intake lifters.

What are the brains on the tunacan.net forum saying about it? Now I'm all
curious.
