[T3] Tow hook/ towing hitch

I always felt that those eyes were only good for gently assisting a 
car out of the mud or a ditch. I'd never trust them for actual 
towing. BTW, they only started with the '71 models.

Yea we pulled the front one off the 72 SB I got for parts when we were
dragging it out of the woods with my friend's John Deer. Of course two of
the wheels were locked up.
