[T3] Starting engine over hall

Type 3 '72-3 heads have an extra ventilation port into the top of the 
rocker box. If your heads don't have those ports, they have already 
been replaced. If they have those ports, they are worth almost any 
effort to save them, as correct replacements are VERY hard to find.
