scarey and hard to forget.  Got through it unscathed though, and the storm

When I went on my first Invasion trip, at 82Kmi I thought the engine was
getting pretty old, so I took it easy...  well now, 10 years later at 125K,
I think the engine is getting pretty old, so Ill take it easy, even though I
DID change the heads the blowby is starting to show up on the temp gauge
when I start to push it at the higher speeds.


The cruise has a nasty tendency of crapping out on the cross country trips,
but working fine the other 2 years in between.  It keeps me pretty steady
but I pay going up hills when I haven't gained that couple MPH going down
them first.

The actual number is about 1MPG.

Only as fast as the slowest caravan is comfortable driving....

...unless it is Keith and he has the cruise control on.  <G>




We cruise pretty easily at 70-75 mph.  Has never been much of a problem on
the interstates.
