Oh ok. So the metal behind it in the duct work going to the engine
compartment. Yea we could do that.

I wasn't thinking about the paint color. I was thinking about rust 
areas that you could treat before the new panel gets welded on.

I'd also be interested to find out what kind of paint got in there. 
There might not be any orange in there at all.
