Thanks for the info - I hadn't thought of Amazon (even .co.uk show it).
I've had a search out on ebay for a long time, and the only things they find
are one on the Beetle.

I wouldn't pay that sort of money though!

I'll try the UK second-hand book stores.

Not sure what price you're willing to pay for it, but there's ten (10)
copies listed on amazon.com right now, priced from $70USD and up.
