This is the old type, that winds itself every 3 minutes or so. It's a
mechanical issue... just not sure what.

The Crates clock runs WAY too fast, but if I adjust it to slow down, it will
stop before it runs at the right speed, in other words, in order for it to
run it needs to run too fast.
Any ideas or should I just grab another clock from the pile?
