Ahh, for some reason I had envisioned Colorado springs being up in the
mountains but now that I look its in the valley like Denver right?  I
remember the decent into Denver... that was exciting!

Yea hopefully the wind will be light on the way out anyway, otherwise Ill be
a bit late!

Colorado Springs is around 6'. My house is 7500. 

We are east of the Rockies so you shouldn't have any mountain climbing to do
from that direction.

But it will be a good long drive. We did part of that route on the last Berg
cruise. May the Kansas wind be at your back. ;-)
