[T3] Horn Honks

My horn honks on my ’67 Fastback when connected at the horn.  I dropped the steering column down from the dash and the rubber seal between the column and dash looks good. Wires at the dash appear well insulated.  The seal between the column and the forward wall appears intact and in good shape.  For a while it honked when the turn signals were activated, now it honks any time it is connected.  Any ideas where to look next?
