My nomination is fixing a leaky oil pump cover with engine in car. IRS car so the hanger has to come off too. I did it at my dad's house with minimal tools, and no jack stands. I managed to crawl in there and contort to unclip the thermostat linkage and spring with the tin still on. A real pain... It took all day.
