You'll also need a suitable transmission (or just the tranny case) to 
mount the starter to. If this is a carb engine, that should be 
enough.

You'll want to put blocks under the heat exchangers to give the 
engine a wider stance so it won't twist sideways (reaction torque) 
when the crank torques up.
