[T3] Ignition to starter delay

Pull out the starter motor, clean off the shaft with gear and put a little
light oil on it.  Put a smear of grease in the bush in the bell-housing.
Clean up the connections and check the wires aren't corroded.

Put in a hard start relay to protect your ignition/starter switch.

I have a 71 fasty and I'm starting to notice a delay between turning the key
and the starter engaging.  Seems to be worse after sitting a spell. Not as
bad once driven. Any thoughts?
