It CAN be done, but your odds for success are low. Still, it's worth
the effort. The new ones you can buy are disappointing compared to
the OG ones.
You have 2 choices: Try to save the gasket, or cut it up.
If you cut the gasket, you will very likely succeed in getting the
window out successfully. If the gasket is already shot, this is the
way to go.
If you try to save the gasket, you'll need to work your way around
the inside with a large screwdriver, working the inside lip of the
gasket over the pinchweld to the outside. This is tedious and
laborious. If you get impatient and try to push the window out too
soon, it WILL break.
Trying to find and buy a new gasket will be another adventure.
Consider it just another learning experience. ;-)
