[T3] High compression

i had checked the compression prior to playing around with the distributor drive gear and discovered the compression in #3 =145, #4=135, and the other two=120.  that seems rather high, does that indicate a problem and could it be part of the reason it runs so rough until it warms up?? thanks kk
